MEMO engraving

  • Laser engraving in anodized aluminium
  • One surface: the back plate — 100 × 62 mm engraving area
  • Logo width 10–100 mm, finest detail 0.2 mm
  • Result is metal-grey on the body color — no ink

ZONE print

  • Screen print, 1 spot color (PMS coated reference)
  • One surface: the back panel, below the buttons — 9.5 × 10 mm print area
  • Logo width 4–9.5 mm, finest detail 0.3 mm
  • Dark textured panel — light print colors recommended; sleeve in 4 base colors or any custom PMS

What is the minimum order quantity?

Personalization is available from 250 units, for both MEMO and ZONE. Base unit prices drop at 500 and 1,000 units - you see the tier pricing live in the configurator, and our team confirms it with your quote.

How long does production take?

Plan on 6–8 weeks from approved digital proof to delivery - the exact lead time is confirmed with your quote. Tight deadline for an event? Mention it in the notes and we will tell you what is feasible.

Which file formats can I upload?

Vector files - SVG or DXF - are preferred: your original file is archived and goes straight into the production drawings. High-resolution PNG or JPG with a transparent background works too; the studio converts your artwork to production-ready monochrome and shows exactly how it will engrave or print.

Can we remove the NTL branding?

Both products carry a subtle factory New Things Lab engraving. Available from 1,000+ units — requires factory retooling and significantly extends the lead time. Our team will confirm feasibility and timeline with your quote.

How does pricing work?

Simple and transparent: your quantity times the base unit price, plus € 2,25 per unit for the decoration, plus a € 25 one-time setup. All prices excl. VAT. Nothing is charged at submission - our team confirms your quote first.

Do you charge in euros?

Yes - quotes and invoices are always in EUR. If you shop in another currency, on-screen estimates carry an indicative ~5% surcharge to cover exchange-rate margins; the EUR amount on your invoice is what you pay.

Do we see a proof before paying?

Always. You get an instant digital proof at submission - your logo on the product, to scale, from the actual 3D preview. Our team reviews feasibility and sends your quote with a secure payment link. No payment is taken before you have seen your proof.
